      1. Shipping Policy

        Shipment of Orders Most orders are shipped within 1–2 full business days of order submission (excluding weekends/holidays). If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

        Shipping Costs are non-refundable. Online calculated shipping costs are based on service from our location to your delivery location ZIP Code (U.S. locations only). The shipping charge will be calculated based on your order's weight and the shipping option you choose at checkout.

        Shipping Confirmation ShopOptimalHealth.com will send you a shipping confirmation email on the day your order ships. The email will include the shipment tracking number, shipment date,  and the shipping delivery address. If you do not receive delivery of your order by the expected delivery date, please contact us to determine the reason for delay in delivery. (See Delivery Delays, below).

        Shipping Methods and Transit Times Shopoptimalhealth.com uses UPS for shipments, therefore our checkout has a UPS shipping calculator. You are able to choose the UPS shipping service you need. If you order is place prior to 12:00 pm central time your order will be shipped same day, orders after 12:00 will be shipped the next business day.

        Delivery Delays WEATHER RELATED CONDITIONS and other conditions beyond the shipping carrier's control may cause a delay in delivery of your order. Contact us if you have any questions regarding current delivery exceptions in your area. INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES may delay delivery of your order.

        Returns Policy

        Returns of supplements, PRL labs products, and food items are not accepted, except for the following limited exceptions; 1) items that have been sent incorrectly or 2) if the product is defective or damaged.  Because we are committed to selling the freshest products possible, all returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.  You must obtain a RAN (return authorization number) by contacting us at 631-527-5833, or by email at [email protected].

        If an error on your order has occurred it must be brought to the attention of our office within 7 days of purchase so that we may correct it.  Please notify us of any problems at  [email protected].  

        Right to Refuse Returns:  Before accepting approved returns, all items to be returned will be tested using QRA (Quantum Reflex Analysis) to ensure the products have retained their quality and have not been damaged by heat, irradiation, transportation, etc.  If they test poorly, the return will not be accepted.

        All returns sent by mail must be shipped by UPS only.  This is to ensure the safety of the product.  The customer is responsible for the shipping of returned products unless otherwise agreed upon with Shop Optimal Health.

        In order to serve you in the best possible manner, please read and follow this Product Return Policy.

        • I. Incorrect Order

          Incorrect Order - If you have received any products in error or there are any mistakes in your order, please call us immediately at 631-527-5833 so we may correct it as soon as possible.

        • II. Damaged Products

          If you receive any product that has been damaged in shipping (broken, leaking, etc.):

          1. Contact us immediately to report your damage.
          2. Retain the outer shipping carton and all damaged products or the shipper will not process your Damage Report. (Saving these items constitutes proof of your claim.)

          3. All Damage Reports must be made within 7 days of receipt of package. After 7 days, the shipper will not be responsible for any Damage Reports.
